Alcohol and ibuprofen

So basically, yesterday I went out drinking. I got extremely drunk and had some ibuprofen 400mg with me. For drunk me, it seemed like a good idea to take it. Im not even sure if I took it because its all so blurry. But today I woke up and nothing except a mild hangover. I’m not sure about the effects but I’m pretty sure I would be dead or in a hospital if I actually took it right?

EDIT: Probably took 400mg
