What are these small things floating in my dad’s beer?

My dad just opened a new unopened bottle of “Duchesse de Bourgogne” and poured himself a glass.

He drank a glass already and poured himself another but then he noticed these floating around in there. What are they? Is it still safe to drink?

I don’t know what it is but am curious to know.
