Tingly? Legs and lips after drinking

Ok this is the first time this has happened to me, l’d drink a bottle or two of soju and l’d still be fine? I thought I had a pretty high alcohol tolerance despite being a 5’0” asian. Maybe a little stumble here but this is the first time l’ve felt tingly? I don’t drink that often, the last time I drank was around almost 2 months ago in March. I just had Malibu mixed with soda and Bacardi? According to my friend. I’ve had this weird concoction of vodka Smirnoff and soju before but I’ve never felt tingly like this, only throwing up a couple times. I took a cold shower to try and sober up but l’ve been laying in bed for like an hour hoping it goes away. I saw stuff about alcohol neuropathy but I don’t know if I’m just overreacting.
