Forgot to put Bourbon Trace Bourbon Cream in fridge after opening 02/14 – do you think it is still safe to drink?

The internet has varying recommendations – some say it has to be refrigerated due to the real cream and others say it can last because the alcohol preserves it. I opened it and it didn’t smell funky or have any noticeable dairy curds that I could see. What do you all think? Thank you!
