Worried about alcohol safety but love tequila

I don’t drink more than 3 days a week, 2 drinks a day… I go weeks without drinking at all in between weeks when I do. When I drink, I really enjoy red wine and Tequila. I can easily put down 3 drinks in a night with a good Tequila. Will this cause any long term health effects? 26 F btw
