Alcohol tolerance?
I (28, F) recently had talks over drinks with an online friend. I drank 750 ml of vodka and I was obviously drunk, but not to the point where I was not aware of things. I was fully conscious and remembered everything and I sobered up pretty quickly before sleep. I made no inappropriate talks, had 3 hours of sleep and woke up fresh as a daisy.
I drink maybe once a month alone at home (just a preference, I only drink beer or wine alone) and maybe once in 6 months socially. To get drunk on wine at home, I have to drink maybe 2 bottles or more. When i drink socially, my friends usually tell me i have high tolerance.
My online friend became concerned about my alcohol tolerance to the point of making me feel a little guilty. I come from a conservative country and English is not my first language. I just wanna ask here, is that normal for someone who does not really drink on a regular basis?
