body is rejecting alcohol and other symptoms

So, I’m 21 years old and up until January of this year, I was regularly drinking a bottle of vodka per day for about six months. I had to move back in with my family and therefore my drinking habits diminished greatly, out of respect for others. Then, March came around, and I decided “I’m sick of just a few shots here and there, I deserve a whole bottle.” And proceeded. The high of my hangover seemed to last three days, when, on my own, my hangovers would last a couple hours the next morning, and then I’d get back to drinking. My appetite did not return from March, and I felt weak and nauseous every morning for the following month. Now, it is April, and I had gone back to just a little bit of alcohol here and there, mainly mixed drinks, nothing hard. Until last Tuesday, The 1st of April, I had another full bottle of vodka.

Every symptom I had prior, tenfolded, and new symptoms arrived. I couldn’t eat for nearly 72 hours afterwards, its been almost two weeks and I will maybe have a string cheese every couple days, because whatever I eat, makes me nauseous and I have to fight to keep it down. My lower abdomen has sharp pains whenever I press on it, like when you’ve held your pee in for a very long time, except I’ll still feel the pain while I’m actively pissing. My bowel movements, TMI, but they are leaking yellow? Like bile. The poop will be in the toilet, literally seeping yellow liquid. Our toilet bowl is now stained from it. I am also throwing up foam. Thick, white, snotty foam. Every day. I throw up foam until eventually I am just throwing up saliva and bile, because my body seems to be trying to purge itself of everything, every morning.

Now, I have drank four times since the first of April. Every time, I immediately feel nauseous. I tried to take a few sips of a buzzball yesterday, and threw up in my mouth as soon as it got down. I did force the rest back, but that is how quick it makes me sickly. I know I have to stop drinking in order to alleiviate some of these symptoms, but-

The symptoms don’t go away completely when I’m not drinking, they just diminish, so I should still make a doctors appointment, right? If anyone else has experienced something similar, were you ever able to drink like your old self again? I am an alcoholic and you can imagine the idea of this limiting me from partying like crazy in my 20’s could be kind of depressing.
