Hiding alcohol from spouse

I’m. A 28 year old female. I feel like I’m an adult and can drink as I want . I have a 39 year old boyfriend who thinks it’s not a good idea to drink. I’d like to have my ages experience and he gets mad about it. I’ve never been with anybody outside a relationship and was a looking for one night stand. It obviously didn’t happen but now he’s almost 40 looking for commitment when I never even had that with him. I just don’t know how to say or what to say I’m not ready or want more experience with him or at least sexually if he wanted to help. He also does not want to get married again but wants something solo like him Idk what to do . I’m 28 never had a one night stand. Never had anything sexually enjoyable exept for him. What do I do
