Right side abdominal pain after night of heavy drinking?

I experience this once in a while. I usually drink a bottle or less of white wine once a weekday and sometimes drink heavily one day of the weekend (meaning more than one bottle of white wine and several shots of jager). I sometimes experience this pain after this heavy drinking session. I get blood tests at least yearly and nothing ever came out wrong, and also got checked my abdomen with ultrasound, nothing ever came out. If there was a problem with my liver, it would be visible either on the blood test or ultrasound, is that right?
