a question to rum drinkers!!

I had rum with coke about a week ago but it was the worst experience of my life. After 2 glasses (not even a full glass, half of it) my heart started racing and my arm went numb, after that I don’t remember anything. I went completely blackout drunk for hours after that. I don’t even remember how I got home

Have you ever had this experience with rum? is it normal for your arms to go numb and go blackout immediately??

Also, I don’t remember the brand but the person who gave it to me said that it was a good one
