Wisdom teeth

Alcoholic, got my wisdom teeth removed 72 hours ago, all the research I’ve done has lead me to 24-48 and the longest bare minimum was 72 hours. To start I wasn’t given any pain killers, if I was I wouldn’t be gunning towards drinking again. But through and through I obviously shouldn’t be drinking so early into the healing stage and I’m seriously putting the healing process in jeopardy but withdrawals on top of this is too much to bare.

What is the safest form of alcohol to consume in extreme moderation as to be as safe as I can get (Don’t say don’t drink at all ur not saving anyone) And what I mean is should I go for specific spirits, a few beers? I wanna be dumb as smart as I can
