Will I pass a ETG lab test ???

I drank 1 shot of tequila Saturday night around 10:30pm I drank a water bottle immediately after taking the shot. Today is now Monday and I had a random ETG test, that will be sent to the lab for testing. I didn’t flush at all, now I’m kinda nervous because ETG tests I hear are very sensitive. I am in a DUI program and I am supposed to be abstinent.
