Ready to drink margarita?

Need some help! My birthday is coming up and I have a handle of tequila laying around that I wanted to make a pitcher of margarita for. I wanted to buy margarita mix but ended up buying the Rancho La Gloria margarita wine cocktail. I didn’t know it was wine.

Do these taste like margaritas? Should I add tequila to it or just leave it as it is?
