Alchohol consumed

I know I am intoxicated because I don’t normally act this outgoing. I’ve had almost a bottle of vodka and don’t feel too different. It definitely is something I’m trying to fix. How have you guys dealt with going on dry sprees? I just wanted to get some tips and tricks. 2nd type saying anything on these boards, thank you.
