Do Beers and Seltzers go bad if I leave it in the cooler outside?

Found a large cooler hiding out back that was from Thanksgiving last year. It’s packed to the brim with Seltzers, Beers, Soda. The issue is that there was a bad of ice that has since melted so it smells like shit in there with some mold growing on some of the tab. Can I just wash/rinse and use for next party or should they all go in the trash?
