Do I have alcohol intolerance

I had one 99 shooter last night, smoked some weed, and ended up falling asleep. When I woke up I still had a headache and nausea. For context, I had ALF last April but recovered and I have not had alcohol in about a year. Do I have alcohol intolerance?
