Gift idea between $2-300?

I’m searching for an alcohol gift for a coworker—someone I need to impress—with a budget of $200 to $300. I’d like it to have a high-end appearance that reflects its value. The recipient has sophisticated tastes, enjoys a drink occasionally, and likely doesn’t have a strong preference for a specific type of alcohol. I’m also perfectly fine if they choose to regift it or serve it to their guests.
