I haven’t dranken any alcohol in like a long time, but I just went to a Halloween party and got really drunk
I’m prone to depression and general anxiety already so alcohol just enhances those symptoms. I’m wondering if y’all know any strategies to help my brain recover fastest after having 1 single night of getting really drunk. I don’t like drinking, it’s frankly always turned me off because of these kinds of side effects that last well after you’ve drank. Feeling like shit after alcohol has never made me feel it was worth the trade off for one night of fun.
