Does this happen to anyone else with wine…?

Really curious to see if anyone has had similar experiences as I as I’m not a huge wine drinker, but when I do drink wine I tend to look flush and feel more warm than when I typically drink whiskey or cognac.

I also don’t have this experience with seltzers or vodka so I’m quite confused. The only known allergies I have is a pollen allergy as well as a coinciding oral allergy to apples, carrots, peaches, etc. but not grapes or citrus.
