Floating white stuff in Lotta Colada buzzball

Hey yall I shook it well and everything but there’s still white stuff in my lotta colada buzzball, I bought it refrigerated literally yesterday and didn’t think to put it back in. Has it gone bad? Only cuz this one has cream unlike some other flavors I’ve tried.
