Has any of you experienced this as well?

Ok so guys,

Sometimes when I drink my first glass of alcohol I get like a tingling sensation in my muscles (i think?), particularly around my shoulders. I seldomly drink so it can’t really be neuropathy. Has anyone of you experienced this as well?? I cant find anything online and never had anyone confirm me they felt the same. Its like if i drink 2 sips I instantly feel it in my body or something. Eventually it goes away and its nothing really bad just very particular.
