Will my tolerance ever go down?

I kinda have to go back a bit to give some context.. I’ve had an on again off again problem with alcohol and drugs since I was 17, I’m now a week from turning 24.

I’ve recently quit the hard shit about 6 months ago. This did make my drinking increase by a lot for the following month.

Following that, I basically focused on work and my girlfriend . Eventually, when I wanted to drink again, I hadn’t touched alcohol for almost a month. (Bout 3.5 weeks)

Tonight, I had the night to myself and decided to buy myself a 26er of vodka, and I’m halfway through it and feel like I should be wasted asf after drinking half a 26.

I honestly thought that my tolerance would go down and it would feel like how it used to, when I was a youngin’.
