Help!

I drink quite frequently. Lately I’ve realized whiskey and spiked Arnold Palmer give me a horrible stomach ache before I’m remotely tipsy or drunk. Am I allergic to something in these alcohols? Only whiskey and the spiked Arnold Palmer causes this, very strange, but wondering if anyone knows an ingredient that both share, that I’m possibly allergic to?
