Did I drink too much???

At about 11pm I had 2-3 shots of Bacardi rum (80 proof) and 5 shots of fireball whisky (66 proof). Then I woke up at 5:40am and I had to pee really bad so I got up and went. But I absolutely could not pee at all, it was extremely difficult and when I finally did it hurt. Also sat there for 24 minutes before the rest of it came out. What is happening I have never had this happen after drinking before
