Can I drink on Adderall?

I take adderall for adhd 30mg 1-3 x per day. If I were to drink on it I’d only take a max of 2 per day. The adderall affects me for about 4-5 hours each dose. Would adding alcohol later in the day be a bad idea? Would it be extra hard on my liver / could heart problems occur easier?
