Lunch beers

I sometimes have a beer or two (or three) when getting lunch during work. I might sit at a bar and drink while eating lunch, or I go home and have a beer. Usually back to work in about 30-40min. If it’s a Mexican place, I’ll order a beer with a shot of Jose on the side. Anyone else do this? Just me? I don’t drink everyday, and I probably have 7-8 drinks per week total including weekends. But weekday lunch beers are too tempting.
