Does alcohol tolerance change how much you experience hangovers?

I was just wondering if a person with a high alcohol tolerance and another with a low tolerance were to drink the same amount, would their hangover be different? The person with the high tolerance obviously won’t feel as drunk but will the next day be the same for them?
