Anyone else experience this drinking NITRO?

I’m an alcoholic, I drink very regularly, with beer or spirits or any other rtds there’s no problem but drinking NITRO specifically I get extreme discomfort in my stomach, feels like it’s stretching to its maximum yet I can drink far more beer volume wise and have no problem, just curious if anyone else has experienced this and has an idea as to what it is, cheers
