Stomach pain after alc?

So last night I drank quite a bit, almost blackout. Today, I slept till 1PM & I woke up totally fine, just a little nauseous. Then, randomly at around 4 I had a weird stomach/bladder pain that was intense and sharp but only lasted about 10 seconds so i didn’t think anything of it. It was almost like a cramping feeling. Now, about an hour later, I just peed and had the same intense pain the whole time. I don’t think it’s a UTI because it’s not burning it’s more cramping and I have no other symptoms. Not sure what’s going on, should I be concerned?
