Is this enough to give me liver damage?

24, Female, 5’8, 132 lbs

Two nights ago I drank 8 drinks of alcohol throughout the span of 7 hours and accidentally took 2 tylenol (500 MG). is this enough to cause damage/liver failure? i’m honestly really scared but I only drink once every 2 months and never go this hard
