Do i need to be worried?

Im 18 years old (legal in my country) and i have recently started drinking moderate amounts of alcohol. I do however almost always find myself waking up with an increased heart rate in the middle of the night after drinking. Its nothing crazy maybe about 100 bpm or so. Is this normal or should i do a checkup?
