How to reduce intake when I feel like I need a buzz every night?

Don’t get me wrong, I know I’m very capable of going for periods without alcohol, but I find myself enjoying life a lot more when I’m drinking every night. The thing is that I tend to drink too much, like enough to get tipsy and drunk depending on how I’m feeling. I do wake up with a mild hangover each day but I usually combat it with things like sunlight, exercise, electrolytes, weed, and coffee. While I know I’m not functioning at my 100% potential, these things make the day manageable until it’s the end of the day and I start drinking a good amount.

I only drink once a day at the end of the day to wind down and deep down I know that over time it’ll start to really negatively affect me but I love the feeling alcohol gives me too much to give it up at the moment. I love mixing it with my bedtime activities such as playing PS5 or watching YouTube. I’m always thinking to myself how much drinking would enhance the situation and it never lets me down. Even if it’s just one drink, I feel great then wake up feeling slightly worse and the cycle continues. (Even though I usually have more than one drink) Are there any alternatives to alcohol or things I can use to reduce cravings? I’d eventually like to quit for good but at the moment I don’t want to commit.
