How do i make myself throw up

I drank pretty freaking heavily and woke up two hours after going to sleep just completely nauseous. i hate it, i’ve drank half a gallon of water, had two tums and a few pretzels. the worst part? i have school tomorrow bright and early at 7:30 and its 1 am for me rn. i’ve looked and many people on here saying throwing up helps immensely, so please does anyone have tups. for some reason the finger down my throat does work good or maybe i’m doing it wrong? just god please someone give me advice i’m so freaking nauseous i just want this to end and to sleep. not even tums helped
