Why does my right arm hurt the day after drinking?

I don’t drink too often, I think it’s been a little over two weeks since I last drank. I’ve never experienced this before but today I woke up to my right arm hurting and the tips of the fingers on my right hand feeling kind of numb. Is this now permanent? Should I see the doctor? I took four shots of tequila last night
