White floaty stuff on the top of my drink

I was out at a party with a lot of friends at a bar last night and the memory is a bit patchy but I remember a friend looking at my drink (vodka lemonade and some blue syrup stuff i think) and saying I shouldn’t be drinking it and threw it out and it ended up being these weird floaty white bits on the top, does anyone have any idea what it could have been?
