Can I just add organic honey and cinnamon into a bottle of vodka and just … Leave it?

I’m assuming I can. I want a honey and cinnamon flavored vodka but I’m not sure how long it’s safe to leave it. I’d like confirmation from someone who has tried this.

Edit: also could the honey & cinnamon lower the alcohol content
