I’m aggressive when I drink

As the title says. This time I took it too far and hurt my sister. I’m hurt for hurting her. She means the most to me and I beat her bad. I’m so ashamed of myself for doing that.

I usually take it easy and try not to have too much to drink but, it got out of hand last night. I don’t know how I can stop being aggressive when I drink.
