Will I be fine to work tonight

Last night, around 8-10pm I got pretty heavily drunk. I went to the clubs, vomitted, etc…got kicked out and now I am home. I have a driving job tonight at 5pm and im in Australia where Provisional drivers are not allowed to have a BAC of more than 0.00. will I be okay and will the alcohol still be in my system?
