Getting alcohol underage

I’m 18, my life is shit right now and I just want something to help me get through this. I don’t know how to go about getting alcohol underage, I don’t want to go to bars or anything I just want to be able to get a bottle of something at the grocery store and take it home. All the posts I’ve read online either are about how to get away with going to bars, or getting someone else to buy it for you. I live in an extremely conservative part of Utah and I just can’t imagine a stranger buying me alcohol even if I bargain with them. If I get a fake ID online would I be able to show it to them at like my local walmart or smith’s and get away with it??
