Im 20 yo and already need more than the standard dose

for example here, I just left my gf bc she was hiding me things and I took 2x the “normal” dose = “the dose im getting to be hammered as fuck”. is it normal? does ppl my generation does that ? im 20yo and I accurently feel bad bc the end of a 2-year relationship with my gf. please I need advices. am I turning an alcoholic?
