What types of alcohol are less hard on your stomach?

So I have gastritis not related to alcohol and I’ve had it awhile. I’ll usually drink once or twice a week and I’ll drink bud light 6-12 beers. Sometimes my stomach is fine.. Other times my stomach is so wrecked that I think I need to go to the hospital(Usually it’s not that bad but twice it has happened).

I don’t think liquor is the way to go, it’s not easy on my stomach either but I’m wandering if mixed drinks or malt liquors would be better.

I’ve tried some other beers and I know Coors light makes me want to die it hurts so bad. Landshark also hurts my stomach worse than budlight but not as bad as Coors.

I’m not trying to drink constantly but I cannot do anything else recreational for job purposes and because I’m a recovering addict. I’m hoping to find something that doesn’t hurt my stomach so much so that once a week I can enjoy a few drinks with friends.
