Alcoholic. I don’t know how I’ll stop. Help.

Long story short: Alcoholic for 20+ years. Court putting ankle monitor on me this week, monitors sweat glands, so no more drinking. I’ve done rehab. 7 times. I love so much when people say, “um why don’t you just stop?” Like I’m stupid. Alcohol been one true love of my life. This post really for those who know how to be supportive, not others who judge and don’t understand. I’m sure I’ll get both. I can’t imagine life without alcohol. I’m not a skid row drunk… but I most def love and rely on wine. Any support suggestion kind words help. Thank
