Why am I cold?

Whenever I get hungover I always wake up with one of two side affects. I’m either incredibly nauseous, or absolutely freezing. Today is the latter, I physically cannot stop shivering no matter how many jumpers,hoodies and blankets I put on. I’m sat infront of a little halogen heater like some poor homeless woman trying to heat up but I’m still freezing. I feel like I’m cold on the inside as well as the outside of that makes sense??
