I threw up 24 hours after drinking

It’s probably just a late reaction from my body but on saturday at around 6pm I drank too much vodka but was fine at the time I just fell asleep. Then yesterday I got fever symptoms (temperature, excessive sweating, dizziness, bad muscle aches) but I still hadn’t thrown up. Then I fell asleep and about an hour later I woke up and threw up all of my dinner and today i’m still not well and it’s just confusing me😭😭😭
