Help Identifying Mystery Drink

Hello, I’m currently having a sort out of our wee drink cupboard and came across one none of us remember buying and can’t seem to find on google.

The label states its a ‘blend of premium fermented alcohol with spirit’ but no other info.

Can anyone recognise this or at least say what kind of alcohol its likely to be?

I’m assuming its a cheap pissy unknown drink someone was given as a secret Santa at one point but the lack of info I could find is bugging me.
