Best alcohol for a beginner?

I’m trying to figure out what alcohol to buy as it’s my first drink ever.

I’ve been recommended high noon and carbliss. I’ve also heard of pink Whitney but was told that’s not a good drink for a first time.

So any other suggestions? Along with flavors?

I like strawberry flavored things, I like sprite (idk if any alcohol would taste like sprite), I like lemonade (normal kind, although I don’t mind pink lemonade)

Also any tips for my first time drinking? Like is there anything I should do beforehand. Like I’ve been told to drink lots of water for every drink you have; which I’m planning to do. I’ve also heard you should eat beforehand, is that true? If so, what would be recommended?

Sorry I’m kinda over thinking this but I don’t want my first time to be absolutely horrible.
