Whats the best recipe for making homemade beer?

Hey there beautiful ppl!
So i live in iran and its been a tradition of socially drinking alcohol for over a thousand years here until the islamic republic and now alcohol is banned here thats actually sad lmao
but i do drink a lot and i buy alcohol off of shady dealers
I’ve been thinking on making my own alcohol (beer cus i absolutely lover a good beer)
