Drinking heavy

I know id you have to ask it is probably a problem, but is it a problem for my body to drink pretty heavily on the weekends and that it, i dont drink unlwss its Saturday or a sunday, never both, but its heavy i down nearly an entire bottle of crown. Im 225lb and 5’5 not usre if that can help
