Worst hangover of all time – Advice

Last drink was 10pm last night (UK) currently suffering the worst hangover of my life, I even got a IV health drip done a couple hours ago, hasn’t done much

Just took 20mg Valium to see it it will help

Any advice? Heart beating really quite fast
