Whiskey vs vodka

I find that my experience with these 2 drinks are very different .

With vodka I get quite a fuzzy dizzy drunk and usually end the night at the toilet iykyk

With whiskey I don’t feel that way all . I know it’s still me consuming ethanol but I never get dizzy. with whiskey I only feel calm or more loose that’s it

Do you guys ever feel like that ? And If you could offer an explanation I’d definitely be interested
